• Yabbies (Australian crayfish) for dinner fresh from the dam
• Collection of DVDs/Videos focused on sustainability and renewable energy
• Renewable energy demonstration site
• Free and unlimited internet access
• Light work (4 hours per day) - weeding, compost-making, pruning, building garden beds, chopping firewood
• Cottage garden, Herb Garden, Vegetable Garden, Orchard
• Chickens, Bantam Chickens, Geese
• Minature ponies grazing in the fields
