- Free and unlimited internet access
- Light work (4 hours per day) - weeding, compost-making, pruning, building garden beds, chopping firewood
- Cottage garden, Herb Garden, Vegetable Garden, Orchard
- Chickens, Bantam Chickens, Geese
- Minature ponies grazing in the fields
